Wedding Officiant
Debra Mullins serves as our wedding officiant. She is a local resident and is authorized by the state of South Carolina to perform marriages. Be sure to bring your marriage license and Debra will handle all the details.
Debra understands that your wedding day is very special and she will work with you to make sure your vows are exactly as you wish. Whether you prefer the simple traditional vows or want to create the exact wording yourself, Debra will make sure you are pleased. She'll be happy to offer advice and suggestions.
